Week 1 : (Module Introduction & Briefing of All Tasks)
Week 2 : Matrix Table
- Relate the matrix content with the online survey you have done for Research methodology. Look back at the research questions.
Week 3 : Discussion/ feedback
- Start writing in the Introduction section and watch the shared tutorial slides.
Week 4 : Literature Review & Discussion
- Redo the citation according to the APA style shown in the tutorial slides in Teams.
Week 5 : Discussion/ feedback
- The citation format is still not in the right order.
Week 6 : Abstract & Literature Review
Be consistent on the topic you are talking about.
- swap the RQ1 & RQ2
- relate the discussion with the research question.
- place the RQ in the context of your discussion writing
-include introduction of what you are going to discuss about
- Section 5.2: Case Study-LUSH product, add more research and information to the writing.
- Section 5.3 List and describe the gd elements on packaging design.
Week 7 : Dissertation Draft Final Review
- Add citation and paraphrase some of the sentences that are highlighted.
Week 8 : (Independent Learning Week)
Week 9 | Mood board
- try to create the minimalist style that was proposed
- use graphic elements or visuals that implements your theme of research.
Week 10 : Visual Book
- Book cover design is simple and direct
- good flow of placement
Week 11 : Visual Book Final Review
- Be persistent with the typeface and body text sizes.
- recheck and fix the graph or pie chart image that is distorted and unaligned.
Week 12 : Article
- Rephrase the highlighted sentences of the methodology.
- Rather than writing down the picture title, it’s better to write the picture description.
Week 13 : Article
- Make sure to use past tense when writing in this journal.
- check your grammar.
- introduce what is LUSH about in the introduction section.
- add in citations where needed.
- add in survey respondents percentages in the discussions.
Week 14 : Article Final Review
- Add in the data of the survey in your findings and discussions in paragraph 5.
The process revealed several key findings about my capabilities and the research process itself. Firstly, iterative feedback is invaluable in refining academic work, ensuring clarity and depth. Secondly, integrating visual elements through the flipbook can enhance the presentation and comprehension of research findings. Lastly, maintaining a research journal fosters continuous reflection and growth, helping to document progress and insights that may otherwise be overlooked.
