LECTURE

In this week's lecture, we learned about composition. We were introduced to basic compositions such as focal points, scale and hierarchy, balancing elements, and white space. We were also taught about the rule of thirds, the golden ratio, and composition (framing and cropping).

WEEK 2: PRACTICAL (COLLAGE ELEMENTS)

1. Choose and identify your collage's design elements to be cut out and compose it into your own concept & story.


2. Pre compositing your collage's design elements into a composition.

3. Take 3 photo of your collage pre-composition  and insert it on the section below



4. Submit (Turn In) this W2_TUTORIAL


PRE-COMPOSITION 1:

I decided to use the same background for all pre-composition collage. Using black and white background to make the elements pop more.


PRE-COMPOSITION 2:

The colors I chose was random and it turned out to be between reddish orange and pink tones.




PRE-COMPOSITION 3:



This is the pre-composition idea that I am satisfied with among the other two. In my opinion this has equal negative and positive space along with coordination of arrangement of colors.
